Landgirl Training.
Where strength is built not born.
More then just a name.
Passionate and proud of my heritage & my farming background. Landgirls are affectionately associated with the 2nd World War; resilient and bold, dedicated and hardworking but with humility, everything I want in a client to be and everything I represent. Like the original Landgirls, wildly independent but found equal strength in teamwork and each other. My ambition is to build a movement, from moving. Landgirls are built not born.

For those who aren't fans of busy gyms, our small farm based gym is perfect. For an hour or 30mins. I will coach you for that time to walk out just a little better then when you walked in, and always by going one more.
How I can help you.
Who I work with.
Anyone. Women, men and anyone in between. I work with people who know they need to move, more; be it for just moving in the moment, to switch off for an hour, for their future self. Moving is a privilege and to move with a purpose can create adventures.

My Coaching Style.
Firstly, I want the best for you. I listen to your 'whys', your 'drivers' and the reason that you've reached out in the first place. We then, together go forward with a plan to achieve what your needs and goals are. I guide you along every step. I coach with a holistic approach and firmly believe unless the mind is willing the body won't allow.
Strength v's Cardio
I love both and believe both are required in a well rounded session. Who doesn't want to feel and be strong, but I'm also a huge advocate of those sessions where the lungs can burn a little. However, each session is tailored to your likes, needs and dislikes; because if we get you loving your time spent with me, your perceived view of 'discomfort' can change.

About Me.
I've loved sport all my life. Training or working out, however that looks to you, can teach you so much, all of which can be transferred into every day life.
Being dedicated, failing, picking yourself up and most importantly to not give up.
I've learnt all these lessons and some via sport or training. I've run marathons, half marathons, dabbled in Crossfit but found my real love in 2022 with Hyrox (when friends thought it was just a place near Tunbridge Wells). I've been fortunate to be competitive enough to have competed in the 2024 and 2025 Hyrox World Championships as a solo competitor and have qualified for this year, 2026 so far in Pro Doubles and look forward to competing in Sweden in June.

However, it's not always been podiums and placings. I remember clearly, ten years ago, finding myself with a little more free time once my daughter started school wanting to return to the gym but being petrified to. Full of anxiety and nerves I tentatively returned to fitness, thinking everyone was judging me, I talked myself out of going more times then I went.

And this is why Landgirl exists. For all those who don't feel they belong in a gym or need to gain confidence before entering again. I want to be the coach that I needed 10 years ago. To sit alongside you, to help you navigate your adventure and to help give you the tools to believe in you a little bit more.
I can't wait to hear from you.
LG x
